Business Growth Programme:
Having identified the present position and relative strategic capabilities of your business, this structured programme of 6 one-day monthly workshops will help you use contextual and yet practical tools to help strategic decision making and identified priorities. Outputs include:
An understanding of key strategic areas of every business
A self-assessment of the relative performance of these areas
Focus and clarity on the key strategic priorities required to drive business revenues and growth
An understanding of the concept of specific management tools to address needs as most widely identified by the survey
Practical and tangible action plans to address the common priorities
